Company History:

Quality Controlled Staffing was established in January 2000. We have continually served the QCA from our current location in the Northwest Bank, Bettendorf. By applying the knowledge gained in sales and working experience we realized a great need in the QCA for a better and more compassionate, full service staffing agency, with the flexibility to meet the changing demands of the local industries. QCStaffing has had continuous growth since its conception. We have grown to over $1 million in payroll and have provided employment to well over 1000 people in both temporary and direct hire positions, in a variety of fields.

Robert (Bob) Eckermann - President

A graduate of Augustana College in Rock Island , Illinois , Mr. Eckermann taught school at both the high school and college levels prior to going into private business. He has directed production sales and marketing efforts throughout his thirty year career. A specialist in business development and human resources, he has advised client companies and job candidates on work related issues. He brings to the company an understanding of the business community and their needs.

Jason Bice - Account Manager

Jason, originally from the Quad Cities, graduated from Bettendorf High School in 2003. He was a member of the varsity basketball team and was a state champion high jumper during his junior year. After high school, Jason continued his education at Iowa State University, graduating in December of 2007 with a Bachelors degree in Business Management. Since joining the company in 2008, Jason specializes in job placements such as clerical, customer service, accounting, sales, drafting, and light industrial positions. Jason provides a unique understanding of employee needs.

Becky Stahler - Human Resource Coordinator

Becky, a life long resident of Bettendorf, graduated from Pleasant Valley High School. While in High School, Becky lettered in varsity Golf. Graduating a semester early from High School she attended Scott Community College and received an Associates Degree in General Studies. Becky is currently working toward a Bachelors degree in Marketing and Business Management at Western Illinois University in the Quad Cities. Becky joined Quality Controlled Staffing in 2007 and is currently a specialist in the fields of general labor, clerical, welding, machine operators, and seasonal work.
