Quality Controlled Staffing (QCS) was
founded on January 1, 2000 as a locally owned and operated firm
incorporated in Iowa. QCS has had significant growth each and
every year since opening in 2000. Lead by Robert Eckermann,
Owner and President, the company has established a reputation
for fair and equal treatment of its employees and quality
service to its clients. QCS offers a full range of services
including employee leasing, staffing, testing and consulting
from our Northwest Bank Tower offices in Bettendorf, Iowa.
We recognize our clients as the most important asset to our
business. With the permission of the employers, QCS will
frequently check job sites for worker safety to maintain a low
Worker’s. Compensation rate with our insurance provider. QCS is
available for counseling on work related issues and aid on
employee evaluations when requested. QCS provides prompt
responses to questions and service issues.
QCS takes great pride in their employees and does everything
possible to make their work experience pleasant. Employees have
available to them direct deposit, as well as 24/7 telephone
number to use in case of sickness and/or emergencies. We
maintain a zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy. Much of our
business growth has been due to employee and client referrals.
The QCS office is fully computerized for accurate billing and
employee tracking, as requested by our client. We also have the
ability to customize programs to meet the needs of our clients.
