PAYROLLING SERVICES

QUALITY CONTROLLED STAFFING, Inc. provides a payrolling service to cover the needs of small business and contractors.  We cover all tax requirements and provide record keeping.  Our custom service allows for Earned Time Off with regular checks to the employees as well as Workers’ Compensation Insurance. 

TEMPORARY STAFFING

 We hire individuals onto our staff and assign them to our client companies.  We become your employer of record and are responsible for all pay and benefits.  Through our Paid Time Off policy you accrue hours that can be used when you are unable to work, we offer seven (7) holidays a year: New Year's Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Memorial Day Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day and five personal days. 

TEMPORARY TO DIRECT

 Often the companies using our temporary employees will hire them directly on to their payroll after a set time.   This program benefits both the employee and the client company.  Each is given the opportunity to "test drive" the other.  If both parties are satisfied with the situation and want the arrangement to continue, you will be moved from our staff to theirs.  There is never a fee charged to the employee for our services.
